How do I join Livetta Rewards?

Simply sign up and create an Livetta account - it’s free and fast!

HOW do I earn points?

You earn points every time you shop. 5 points for every $1 spent.


Points cannot be earned on orders that are fully paid for using a gift card.

If the total order value is covered entirely by a gift card (resulting in a $0 balance at checkout), no points will be awarded. This is because points can only be earned on orders with a payable balance.

However, if you use a gift card alongside another payment method (e.g. card or PayPal) and there is a remaining balance to pay, you will earn points on the amount paid (excluding the gift card value).

How do I spend my points?

At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply points to your order. 100 points = $1. Minimum redemption is $10. Maximum redemption is $100.

You can start spending your points 30 days after purchase. They are held for 30 days in case you return your order.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months after your last purchase. We’ll email you 2 weeks before expiry to let you know. Don’t let them go to waste!

How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your account and head to the My Rewards section.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

The points earned on that item will be removed from your balance. Any points redeemed on that item will be reimbursed. Points will be split proportionally across all items on your order.

How do I enter the next tier?

The more you spend, the closer you’ll get to the next tier. You can see how many points you need to earn on the rewards landing page under 'Your Rewards'. You can also see this at the top of the page on your tier progress bar.

How do I receive my birthday treat?

Enter your date of birth once logged in. We'll email you your birthday treat 14 days before your birthday.

Can I refer a friend?

If you refer a friend, you’ll each get $10 added to your account to spend. Minimum spend is $100.

I applied points to my order but didn’t check out

Make sure to remove your points from checkout, so they go back into the Unclaimed Rewards section of your account. This may take 1 hour to appear.

Can I use my points during sales or with discount codes?

Yes, you can use your points during sales. However, they can’t be combined with other discount codes.

You'll automatically be signed up for our upcoming community events in your area. Attendees will be selected from Gold & Platinum tiers. Spaces are limited. Invitation not guaranteed.

Monthly giveaways: Gold & platinum

We'll select 2 rewards members each month from our Gold & Platinum tiers. The winners will receive their giveaway via email.
