Shipping Policy
- All orders will be shipped within a 1-3 business days timeframe. Depending on your geographic location, the delivery may take approximately 4-8 business days once shipped.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 100AUD/65USD/55EURO.
Returns Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
- For customers outside of the EU, we offer Exchanges or Store Credit only for change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. Store Credit includes an additional 10% bonus credit. Refunds are not provided for these return reasons.
- Customers returning items for sizing or change of mind are responsible for 50% of the return label cost.
- Customers located within the EU are entitled to a refund within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage may be rejected.
- Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed items are eligible for a full refund or replacement once approved through our Returns Portal.
- Sale items, BLACK FRIDAY items, and marked Final Sale items cannot be returned.
